Stuffed Meatballs with Spaghetti

Ingredients

• 2 slices bacon,
• 3/4 lb. ground pork
• 3/4 lb. ground veal
• 1/2 small yellow onion,, finely chopped
• 1/4 cup loosely packed fresh basil leaves,, coarsely chopped
• 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley leaves,
• 1 egg, lightly beaten
• 1/4 cup plain dry bread crumbs
• 3 cloves garlic
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
• 2 tbsp. Bertolli^® Olive Oil Light Taste
• 1 jar Bertolli^® Portobello Mushroom Sauce
• 8 ounces spaghetti, cooked and drained
• 4 ounces Parmesan cheese, cut into 16 cubes
