Ingredients: 1/4 cup Bertolli® Extra Virgin Olive Oil Rich Taste; 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro; 2 Tbsp. dried oregano; 2 cloves garlic (crushed); 1 tsp. paprika; 1 tsp. kosher salt; 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper; 1/2 tsp. coarse ground black pepper

This spicy marinade is perfect for grilled chicken, steak or fish. Fresh oregano, garlic, red pepper flakes and extra virgin olive oil combine to create a light and flavorful sauce. Make it the day before a big meal and use it to marinate your entree overnight.
