Ingredients
- 6 peaches
- 2 tbsp. Bertolli^® Olive Oil Light Taste
- Bertolli^® Balsamic Glaze with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
Directions
- Step 1: Cut each peach in half and remove pits.
- Step 2: Brush the cut surfaces lightly with Bertolli^® 100% Pure Olive Oil.
- Step 3: Use leftover oil to lightly brush the grates on the grill and pre-heat to medium high.
- Step 4: Place peach halves with their cut sides facing down.
- Step 5: Grill for 5 minutes, then flip peaches and grill for another 4 minutes on skin side.
- Step 6: Remove from grill and drizzle with Bertolli^® Balsamic Glaze.
