  1. To make individual mini pot pies, fill 8 oven-safe custard cups or ramekins with 3/4 cup filling each. Cut puff pastry into 8 circles slightly smaller than the diameter of the cup. Continue as directed.

  2. An average sized store-bought rotisserie chicken yields about 3 cups of meat.
