• 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
• 3 cups arborio rice
• 9 1/2 cups fresh mushrooms thinly sliced
• 1 1/2 cups dry white wine
• 6 cups chicken broth
• Fresh spinach julienned
• 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
• 1/4 cup butter
