- Blackberry Thyme Infused Olive Oil: Simply add 3 sprigs fresh thyme and a handful of blackberries to 1 cup of olive oil in a sauce pan. Heat on low for about 10-15 minutes and allow it to cool completely. Strain the blackberries out of the oil and store for up to one month.
