  1. *Suggested Toppings: 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled Italian Sausage, 1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese, 1 Tbsp. thinly sliced basil 1/4 cup thinly sliced soppresetta, 1/2 cup fresh Mozzarella cheese, 1 Tbsp. finely chopped chives 1/4 cup chopped baby spinach, 4 slices roasted red pepper, 1 Tbsp. chopped salt cured olives, 1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese 2 eggs, 1 cup chopped spinach, 1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese (*may require additional cooking time for eggs to set) 1/4 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese, 2 Tbsp. shredded Pecorino Romano, 1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese Bake 8 minutes, add sauce, bake additional 8 minutes until golden brown. Top with 1 cup baby arugula, 1 Tbsp. shaved Pecorino Romano cheese and 1/4 thinly sliced prosciutto, torn into pieces
