• 6 Bell Peppers
• 1 Small Onion, diced
• 2 Cloves Garlic, minced
• 1 can Diced Tomatoes, 14.5 oz, with juice
• 1/2 lbs Lean Ground Beef
• 1/2 lbs Italian Sausage
• 1/2 cup Whited Rice, uncooked
• 1 1/4 cups water
• 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
• 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
• 1/2 cup Mozzarella, Shredded, or Cheddar cheese, optional
• Salt, to taste
